Main research interests: computer vision and machine learning, medical image processing, and image-guided navigation for vascular interventional surgery.

Q：Welcome to our interview! Would you please tell us a little bit about your professional background?

A：My specialty is Medical Imaging Artificial Intelligence, which focuses on utilizing a variety of AI-related technologies to accomplish intelligent medical imaging duties. Computer technology, machine learning, pattern recognition, etc. are some of my professional talents.

Q：As we know that you are a senior employee who joined Hanglok since its establishment. Would you kindly let us know what has changed the most in the company since it was founded?

A：The company has grown from twelve employees to around one hundred presently, and its line of business has expanded. Our team's capabilities and strength have also evolved.

Q：What is your first impression of Hanglok?

A：When I first saw Hanglok, I saw a group of ambitious youth that aren't afraid to be creative and dream. They presented a multitude of seemingly unending aspirations that were painstakingly planned out at every stage.

Q：What motivates you to work in the field of surgical robots?

A：I was motivated to enter the medical surgical robot project throughout my doctoral studies since this industry is particularly receptive to new ideas and technologies.

Q：What do you think the prospects are for Chinese surgical robots going forward?

A：China has the largest market for surgical robots and the largest market for robot professionals. Additionally, our government supports the growth of this industry, and I think surgical robots have a bright future.

Q：What advice would you provide to graduates who are brand-new to this field?

A：To stay up to date with the latest advancements in this industry, it is advised that R&D staff who are new to the field promptly update their technological stack to the newest version and maintain a monthly refresh rate.

Q：Can you briefly introduce your academic background？

A：My research focuses on medical image processing, deep learning, and computer vision.

Q：What prompted you to join HANGLOK as a postdoctoral？

A：HANGLOK is a top-notch research and development company for medical equipment. Using this platform, I can use my strengths to adapt my dissertation research into the surgical robot business and use it for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Q：What has most impressed you since joining HANGLOK?

A：After entering the company, I have been impressed by many jobs, such as tracheal and nodule recognition in respiratory intervention robots, and vascular segmentation in vascular intervention robots.

Q：What do you think is the best about HANGLOK？

A：My view of HANGLOK has always been excellent. I was aware of this company since the day it was founded. I get the impression that this organization is leveraging creativity, fostering team communication, fostering harmony, and serving as an excellent platform for young people to use for innovation.

Q：What are your plans for the future?

A：In my postdoctoral year, I want to finish more SCI publications and more patents. In addition, I want to expand my surgical robot knowledge and actively engage in the company's many robot initiatives, particularly the development of an image algorithm platform for vascular intervention robots.
